This class focuses on learning the foundations of wining, waistline control, and body isolation through intentional conditioning and technique work. We break movements down step-by-step and perform guided drills to strengthen and mobilize the core, hips, and lower body. At the end, we build short choreographed combinations to help you apply the technique, improve control, and move with confidence. Beginner-friendly!
